Please prepare to following if you intend to do a project 
for the final two homeworks. 

If your project involves a data analysis:

1. Describe the dataset you will analyze: Identify the source of the 
data, how the data were sampled, and what the variables are. 

2. Describe relevant scientific questions: Identify hypotheses you 
wish to evaluate or population quantities you want to estimate. 

3. Formulate a model and parameters that can represent your data. 

Turn in this preliminary plan by Friday, May 22.
