Abstract

We will review progress in two current projects. 1) Analysis of 500 million base pair of sequences of transcipted human genes in the public database with the aim of discovery of sites of single nucleotide differences between different individuals. 2) Development of methods and algorithms for analyzing high density DNA arrays for global gene expression monitoring.
