about the course, we will use the class emailing list (listproc):
To send messages to distribute
(post) to me and your class mates send email to all three of cs&ss322a_sp02@u.washington.edu,
stat322a_sp02@u.washington.edu,
and soc322a_sp02@u.washington.edu. All enrolled students (except
those who don't have UW Uniform Access computer accounts) and course
instructors automatically on the list. The subscribers file will be updated nightly
to reflect changes in course enrollment. You may want to set up a
nickname in your address book so that messages are more easily addressed. If you have any problems, take
a look at the documentation
